Wow, what a great experience buying my brand new jeep gladiator at John Jones. I was able to negotiate a great deal with my salesman, Angelo, prior to showing up at the dealership. Once at the dealership, we did a visual inspection of the new gladiator and Angelo noticed several large scratches in the front passenger side fender. He promptly notified the body shop and we are currently in the process of getting the scratches repaired. Service department is great. You make an appointment and your vehicle is actually worked on that day. My service advisor called when truck was finished and gave me a detailed report and answered all of my questions. Well worth the extra drive.
